Terms of Service

These terms cover the free printable coloring pages and the paid digital coloring packs published onhttps://coloringpagees.com by Coloring Pagees. By using the site or buying a pack you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What you can do with our pages

• Print the free pages — and the packs you buy — as often as you like for personal and family use.
• Print copies for a class you teach, a homeschool group, a daycare, a club or a therapy session. Up to 35 copies of any single sheet counts as classroom use.
• Keep your download on your own devices and print it again whenever you need it.

What you may not do

• Sell, resell, rent or redistribute our files or printed copies as a product — including on marketplaces, print-on-demand shops, membership sites or as part of a paid bundle.
• Upload the artwork to another download site, file-sharing service, clip-art library or AI training set.
• Claim authorship of a sheet, or register the artwork or the character names as your own.
• Use automated tools to bulk-download the site in a way that slows it down for other visitors; our robots rules and rate limits apply.

Classroom printing is included, but anything beyond it — a whole school, a clinic, a library lending service, a commercial activity — needs a written licence. Email us and we will quote before you use the artwork.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the digital product only. There is nothing to ship, so there is no shipping charge.
• Checkout is hosted by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, which collects any applicable sales tax or VAT based on your billing country.
• The charge on your statement comes from Paddle or from the trading name it processes for; your receipt is emailed to you by Paddle.
• We may add packs, change prices or retire a pack at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• Where a discount is offered, its terms are stated on the page where it appears; we do not use countdowns that reset or discounts that never end.

Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. Your download link appears on the thank-you page as soon as payment is confirmed and is repeated in your receipt email. Links are signed and time-limited, and we reissue them for free if yours expires. The full explanation is in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains why a downloaded file cannot be returned, and what we fix at no charge when a file is missing, corrupted or charged twice.

Our artwork and the licence you receive

Every sheet is an original line illustration made for this site, published under the characters and themes we own — for example our “Mochi Cat” cat character. Buying a pack gives you a licence to print and enjoy those files as described above. It does not transfer copyright: Coloring Pagees keeps ownership of the artwork, the character names and the site itself.

Independent artwork and trademarks

Our packs are original, licensed illustrations. We do not sell official merchandise for any film, television, game, comic or toy brand, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any such brand. Trademarked names belong to their respective owners and, where they are mentioned at all, it is only to describe a theme in a guide article. See the DMCA / Copyright Notice for our full statement.

Availability and “as is”

We keep the site online and the files working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service: hosting, payment and email providers can fail, and pages may change. The pages are provided as they are, and we do not promise that a particular printer, paper or device will produce a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country, including your rights if a download never arrives or is faulty.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and the terms that applied to your order are the ones in force when you bought it.
