I paid but the download link did not appear. What now?+

Check the spam folder of the address you used at checkout first: the receipt carries the same download link as the thank-you page. If it is still missing, email us with the pack name and the payment email and we will reissue the link.

Can you issue an invoice or a school purchase order?+

Yes. For classroom and school orders, write to us with the pack names and quantities and we will send a breakdown you can pass to your finance office before any licence is issued.
