Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only — nothing is shipped

Every product sold on Coloring Pagees is a digital download: a zip file of printable PNG coloring sheets. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there is no physical shipment, no delivery address to enter, no shipping charge and no customs or import duty. You print the sheets yourself at home, at school or at a print shop.

How delivery works

You complete checkout, which is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the thank-you page opens with your download link — the files are ready immediately, day or night, including weekends and holidays.
The same link is sent to the email address you used at checkout, together with your receipt. You can download again from that email if you change device or misplace the file.

No account is needed to download: the link itself is the key, and it is signed and time-limited so it cannot be guessed by anyone else.

Delivery times

Files: available immediately after payment, from the thank-you page.
Receipt email: normally within a few minutes. Busy email providers can delay it, so check the spam or promotions folder before assuming it never arrived.
Support: we reply to order mail within two business days, and usually the same day.

What you need to open your pack

A computer, tablet or phone that can unzip a folder — Windows, macOS and the iOS/macOS Files app open zip files built in; some Android devices need a free unzip app from the Play Store.
Any image viewer or web browser to open a sheet. The packs contain PNG files only — no PDF, no SVG — so no extra reading software is needed.
A printer, or a print shop that accepts your own file, for the paper copies.

Sheets are sized for Letter and A4. Print at “Actual size” or 100% and turn off “Fit to page” if your design includes a border.

If the download link does not work

Links expire after a period to protect your purchase, and email providers occasionally quarantine the receipt. Email hello@coloringpagees.com with the pack name and the address you paid with, and we will reissue a fresh signed link at no charge. If we cannot supply the file you paid for, we refund it in full — see the Refund Policy.

Seller details

Coloring Pagees is the seller of every pack on this site. Card and wallet payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also issues the receipt and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT.
