Refund Policy

Every product sold on Coloring Pagees is a digital download: a zip file of printable PNG coloring sheets, released through a download link as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped, so there is no parcel to send back and no return postage to pay. Because the files are available instantly and cannot be handed back, all sales are final once the download has been made available to you — and what we owe you instead is a working file, as set out below.

Delivery and the refund window

Delivery is immediate and digital. The download link appears on the thank-you page the moment payment is confirmed and is repeated in the receipt email, so there is no delivery fee and no waiting period. Because delivery starts as soon as you pay, the change-of-mind right that applies to physical goods does not apply here; the details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Why digital packs cannot be returned

The files are available the moment checkout finishes, on the thank-you page and again in your receipt email.
Unlike a physical book, a downloaded file cannot be handed back or shown to be unused.
Every pack is previewed before purchase — cover, sheet count and sample pages are shown on its product page — so you know exactly what you are buying.

All sales are final

Once a purchase is complete we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, a device or printer that cannot open the files, or a change in personal circumstances.

When we will always help

These are the fixes we owe you when the problem is on our side — they are free and are not refunds:

The download never arrived. We reissue the signed link, usually the same day.
A file is corrupted or the wrong pack was delivered. We send the correct file at no cost.
You were charged twice for one order. A genuine duplicate charge is refunded in full once we confirm it.

Your statutory rights

In the UK and the EU, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not apply to digital content once delivery has started with your consent — you agree to this when you complete checkout, because your files are released immediately. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.

How to contact us about an order

Email hello@coloringpagees.com with the pack name and your order reference (it looks like txn_... and appears on your receipt). Most messages get an answer within two business days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong with an order, please write to us first — it is faster than a card dispute, and download links expire on their own, so there is nothing to revoke. A chargeback for a product you received and downloaded may be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.

Who you are buying from

Coloring Pagees is the seller of every pack on this site. Card and wallet payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, so “Paddle” may appear on your bank statement alongside the order.
