Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Coloring Pagees (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes free printable coloring pages and sells digital coloring packs athttps://coloringpagees.com. There is no account to create: you can browse, print the free pages and download a pack you buy without signing up. This policy explains the small amount of information we handle, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who is responsible for your information
Coloring Pagees is the data controller for this website. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests go to hello@coloringpagees.com; we normally answer support mail within two business days. Our contact and seller details are listed on thecontact page.
Information we collect
- Order details. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle collects the details needed to take payment — your email address and, for tax, your country — and processes your card or wallet payment. We receive an order record containing your email address, the pack you bought, the amount, the currency and an order reference. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us. If you write to us about a download, an order, classroom use or a copyright question, we keep that message and your email address so we can reply and keep a note of what was resolved.
- Storage in your own browser. Your cart, your cookie choice and whether you have already been asked about new-pack notifications are stored in your browser (cookies and localStorage) on your device. Clearing site data removes them, and the cart is never sent to us on its own.
- Notification subscriptions, only if you switch them on. Enabling new-pack notifications makes your browser create a push subscription (an endpoint address and encryption keys) together with a random device ID. We store those so we can send that notification; switching notifications off in your browser deletes them.
- Technical and security data. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and time — to serve pages and block abuse. These logs are short-lived.
- Measurement, only with your consent. If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel record page views, approximate location, device type and the page you arrived from. If you choose “Essential only”, neither one loads at all. Details are in theCookie Policy.
We do not collect card data, we do not buy or sell personal information, and we do not ask children for any personal information.
How we use information
- To deliver the pack you bought, email your download link and receipt, and answer support questions (to perform our contract with you).
- To keep the site secure and working, to prevent fraud, and to meet bookkeeping and tax duties (our legitimate interests and our legal obligations).
- To understand which pages and packs are useful — but only after you accept measurement cookies (your consent).
- To send new-pack notifications, but only if you switch them on (your consent).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. A short list of service providers handles it for us and only on our instructions: Paddle (checkout, payments, tax and receipts), our hosting provider (serving the pages and keeping request logs), our email provider (order and support mail), Google and Meta (measurement, and only after you accept), and, if you enabled notifications, our push service and the database behind it.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential storage keeps your cart and your cookie choice. Optional analytics and advertising measurement cookies load only after you choose “Accept all”, and “Essential only” keeps them switched off. TheCookie Policy lists what is stored and how to change your choice.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while we need them for support, refunds and tax law — normally up to seven years. Support email is kept for about two years. Server logs are kept for a few weeks. Push subscriptions are removed when you switch notifications off or when the browser reports that the subscription is dead. Measurement data expires on the retention period configured in Google Analytics and Meta.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw your measurement consent at any time by clearing site data for https://coloringpagees.com or by emailing us; the analytics and pixel scripts will not load again.
- Switch new-pack notifications off in your browser’s site settings.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict it.
- Complain to your local data-protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Write to hello@coloringpagees.com and we will reply within the period your local law allows, normally within 30 days.
Where your information is processed
Our providers may process data outside your country, for example in the EU, the UK or the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Children’s privacy
The coloring pages are made for children to enjoy with an adult, and this website is intended to be used by grown-ups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age where you live). Printing a free page needs no account, name or photo, and purchases must be made by an adult. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Download links are signed and time-limited, and card details never reach our servers. No online service can promise perfect security, so we keep the information we hold to the minimum.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we update this page and its date. Significant changes are also noted on the site so you are not left relying on an old copy.
